ABOUT THIS PAINTING:
The Western United States is one of my favorite places to visit and I usually take my family there every summer. There is something about the wide open spaces and the abundant wild life that put me at ease and create a tranquility within me that I don't seem to be able to replicate in the fast paced city life that I lead. Painting the west takes me back to that tranquility so I paint it often. This painting I decided to paint very impressionistic and with different vibrant colors. You can find so many different hues in the landscapes there. Enjoy!
