Every month I enter a juried show at the Alexandria Art League.  Usually these shows have a theme.  I painted this painting last year for a show that had to do with "Curves".  Luckily, I was accepted into the show.  I chose to use pastel colors and to mesh the background together.  I did not sell the painting during the show but just now sold it on Etsy from my store.  I'm so happy that this painting will have a home to hang in!  Just back from Providenciales in Turks and Caicos.  I am ready to paint some Island paintings!  So look forward to new work coming soon.
