I ran a Black Friday Sale for my Etsy store.  I was hoping for lot's of sales but I only sold this painting.  Glad it has a new home.  It's been sitting on a shelf in my studio for quite some time.  This is the first painting I've sent to someone in Alabama.  Hope she enjoys it.  Remember to tell you're friends to purchase art for their holiday gifts.  Prints, Giclees, and cards are also available!

I got a request to do a few family crests from a friend of a friend.  She wanted them for her two children for Christmas.  She asked that they be painted on Vellum Paper which I had never used before.  It's kind of like painting on tracing paper.  You have to be very careful not to get the paper wrinkled.  All in all I think they turned out well and so did the customer!  Here's to more commissions for Holiday Gifts.  Original Art is a wonderful gift.
