I was contacted about participating in an Art Show/Happy Hour put on by the Rosslyn Arts Commission every Friday in April.  I set up my work last Friday and had a wonderful time meeting all types of people.  Every age lives in the condo's in and around Rosslyn.  It was a great gathering and I sold this little painting!  I gave out a lot of business cards so you never know - maybe I'll sell some more art in the future.

These two lovely landscapes are headed to a new home in Ohio.  I always hope that the new owner will send me some feedback or even a photo of the paintings hanging in their new home.  It's exciting to know that I've helped decorate a space.  Here's hoping they love them.

I created this lovely little painting in an Encaustic workshop last year.  I had so much fun working in this medium.  You get to melt wax and paint and manipulate it with heat.  It's a really interesting way of making a painting.  This one just left for Australia!  My work is being spread throughout the world!
